Samsung Galaxy A03 unveiled: budget smartphone with 48MP camera and 5000mAh battery

On Thursday, November 25, South Korean company Samsung unveiled its new entry-level smartphone, which is part of the popular Galaxy A series. So, welcome, the Samsung Galaxy A03!

The new smartphone joins the previously released Samsung Galaxy A03 Core and Galaxy A03s. The new Samsung Galaxy A03 is equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD panel with HD + resolution and a V-notch at the top for the front camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels. Two more cameras are installed on the back. It is a 48MP main camera combined with an additional 2MP sensor acting as a depth sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy A03 is based on an eight-core processor, the model of which is not specified by the manufacturer. It is only known that it includes two cores with a clock frequency of 1.6 GHz and six more cores with the same frequency. The company’s chipset ranges from 3 to 4 GB of RAM and from 32 to 128 GB of internal memory. Everything is controlled by the Android 11 mobile operating system with the One UI proprietary shell installed on top. As for the autonomy of the new smartphone, it is provided by a rechargeable battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. The manufacturer did not mention the charging power, but given that this is a budget smartphone, one cannot count on fast charging support.

The Samsung Galaxy A03, like most entry-level smartphones, is housed in a plastic body. It is 164.2 mm high, 75.9 mm wide and 9.1 mm thick. Customers will be offered a choice of three color options: black, blue and red.

When and at what price Samsung Galaxy A03 will go on sale, the manufacturer did not specify. We hope that this information will appear on the Internet soon.
