The South Korean company Samsung decided to start the new week with the announcement of its next ultra-budget smartphone, which became part of the Galaxy A series. The novelty was named Samsung Galaxy A03 Core and, despite the low price, pleasantly surprises with its characteristics.
As always, we’ll start our discussion of the Samsung Galaxy A03 Core with the external equipment. Its bezel houses a 6.5-inch HD + LCD display with a teardrop notch that hides a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. On the back is an 8MP main camera with LED flash. The body of the new Samsung smartphone itself is made of plastic, like the vast majority of budget smartphones.
The Samsung Galaxy A03 Core is based on an eight-core chipset with four cores running at 1.6 GHz and four other cores clocked at 1.2 GHz. Samsung does not specify the processor model, but judging by the specifications, it is a Unisoc SC9863A. The company has 2 GB of RAM. And for data storage, there is a built-in 32 GB drive that can be expanded using a microSD memory card, for which there is a separate slot. There is also space for two SIM-cards.
As for the autonomy of the new Samsung smartphone, a 5000 battery is responsible for it. And since this is a budget device, its charging power is limited to 10 watts.
Samsung Galaxy A03 Core is offered in two colors: black and blue. Information about the cost and timing of the start of sales will be disclosed by the manufacturer a little later.
