At the beginning of next year, the South Korean company Samsung should present a new generation of the flagship Galaxy S series. But preparations for the launch have already begun.
According to sources cited by the Winfuture portal, Samsung and its partners have begun manufacturing components for the new flagship Galaxy S22 series. True, at the start, the company faced some production problems, but which ones are not specified. It is possible that this is somehow connected with the shortage of semiconductors, which many smartphone manufacturers have acutely felt, and Samsung is no exception.
Due to these unspecified issues, Samsung is currently making components primarily for the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 +. As for the top-end Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, now the company gives priority to the production of parts for the American version of the smartphone.
However, despite all the difficulties, Samsung still plans to launch the Galaxy S22 series in January next year. The exact date of the announcement is still unknown, but, most likely, it will take place at the end of the month, since at the beginning of January at CES 2022 the company is going to present the long-awaited national flagship Galaxy S21 FE, the launch of which has been postponed more than once. The technical characteristics of the Samsung Galaxy S22 family are still under wraps. But, we hope that in the near future the sources will also declassify this information.
