
In March of this year, the Chinese company OPPO announced the A54 smartphone, then its 5G version appeared on the market, and now the A54 has found a successor in the person of A54s. The novelty made its debut on the European market. This is an entry-level model with pretty decent cameras and a large battery. But first things first.
The front panel of the new OPPO smartphone has a 6.52-inch LCD display with HD + resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and a teardrop notch on top for an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. And on the back of the smartphone is a system of three cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel one with a macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
As for the internal equipment, the focus here, of course, is the Helio G35 processor from MediaTek, the company to which is 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. For the autonomy of OPPO A54s, there is a 5000 mAh battery with support for the Super VOOC fast charging function via the USB Type-C port. The smartphone also has a separate 3.5mm audio jack for headphones. On board is an Android mobile operating system with a proprietary OPPO shell on top.
The new OPPO smartphone is clad in a body with a thickness of 8.4 mm and weighs 190 grams with all the filling. It is protected from moisture according to the IPX4 standard.
In the European market, sales of OPPO A54s will start on November 13th. The issue price is 229.99 euros. The device will be available in two colors: black and blue.
