Budget Moto G31 will receive a 50-megapixel camera

The Motorola brand, which is now owned by the Chinese tech giant Lenovo, is preparing to launch a new low-cost smartphone called the Moto G31. The device has already passed the certification necessary for entering the market, thanks to which we became aware of some of the features of the novelty, including the resolution of the cameras and the capacity of the battery.

Moto G31 lit up in photos taken by the certification authority. Judging by the pictures, a triple main camera with a main sensor of 50 megapixels will be installed on its rear panel. The resolution of the other two modules is still unknown. Next to the cameras on the back, you can also see the Motorola logo, which can be combined with a fingerprint scanner to quickly and safely unlock the smartphone.

Also in the photo was the battery that will be installed in the new Motorola smartphone. This is a 5000mAh lithium polymer battery. The battery will be charged via the USB Type-C port at a speed of up to 10 W. A matching 10W charger will be included with the Moto G31. From wireless communications, the next Motorola smartphone will support 4G, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth. Don’t count on 5G support.

According to insiders, the Moto G31 will go on sale for around $ 210. It will be cheaper than the Moto G Pure, which runs between $ 300 and $ 350 and offers a 6.5-inch HD + OLED display, a 48MP main camera, and a 4,000mAh battery with 10W charging.

The Moto G31 will be available in two colors: silver and black. The exact date of its official announcement is still unknown. But, most likely, the premiere of the new device is just around the corner.
